Forearm Muscles – Flexors

forearm muscles

deep flexors

The deep flexors of the forearm are the flexor pollicis longis, flexor digitorum profundus and the pronator quadratus.

The digitorum profundus flexes the four fingers and the pollicis longis flexes the thumb. (Closing your hand into a fist flexes the fingers and thumb).

The pronator quadratus pronates the forearm and hand.
